There are different ways to engage :

- Explore the IDG Hub Luxembourg

A space where people from education, organisations and society come together to explore the Inner Development Goals, share real challenges, and develop how we show up, think, relate, collaborate and act together in a complex world.

OR

- Experience INTERACTIONS

A space to design interactive experiences that shift how people show up, connect and move forward together — in real situations.

When individual skills have a lasting impact on collective actions.

INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS

What if sustainable change starts with

how we develop as humans?

When individual skills have a lasting impact on collective actions.

INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS

Join a growing community where people explore this in practice, share real challenges, and develop how they show up, think, relate, collaborate and act — together.

IDG Hub – Learning in the Flow of Life

A monthly online space where practitioners, consultants, leaders come together to act together:

  • explore the Inner Development Goals
  • reflect on real-life challenges
  • co-create practical ways to bring these capacities into their own contexts

Not just to learn.
But to grow — in the flow of life.

What are the IDGs ?

The Inner Development Goals are a guide to developing the human capacities needed to navigate complexity and create sustainable change.

Learn more in the short video below.

 IDG GUIDE

The Inner Development Goals provide a common language to develop the human capacities needed to navigate complexity and create sustainable change.

Structured around 5 dimensions and 23 skills, they offer a practical compass to strengthen our inner development — and turn it into real-world impact.

Being – Deepening your relationship with body, thoughts and feelings to develop inner calm, presence and well-being.

Thinking – Exploring different perspectives and ways to make sense of the world and enhance wise decision making.

Relating - Caring for ourselves, others and the world, with empathy and compassion to build a sustainable society.

Collaborating - Working together to build understanding and trust and developing creative solutions to build a sense of community.

Acting - Taking actions that are congruent with our values and implementing sustainable practices in our lives whilst inspiring others to do the same.

THE IDG HUB: LEARNING IN THE FLOW OF LIFE

HUB’S VISION: Strengthening how we act together — from the inside out.

HUB’S MISSION: We bring people together across education, work and research to explore the Inner Development Goals and experiment with real-world challenges.

Through shared experiences, dialogue and collective practice, we develop how we think, relate, collaborate and act — together.

INTERACTIONS Community Lab

What if transforming our interactions became a collective daily practice?

Across many contexts — at school, at work, at home —
we know that the quality of interactions makes all the difference.

And yet…
we often lack spaces to explore, test and evolve them in practice.

 What the INTERACTIONS community offers

A space to design interactive experiences that transform how people show up, connect and move forward together — in real-life situations.

Through the INTERACTIONS game and peer exchanges, participants:

  • explore their relational dynamics
  • share real-life situations
  • co-create experiences adapted to their own contexts
  • experiment with new ways of interacting

???? Not just to learn.
???? But to evolve practices — together.

What you will experience

  • Hands-on experimentation based on real-life situations
  • Peer exchange across sectors (education, organisations, families)
  • Creation of reusable formats for your own context
  • A progressive development of facilitation skills

???? A living space, grounded in real life.

The support

  • The INTERACTIONS game (60 challenge cards, FR/EN)
  • Guided sessions
  • Ongoing sharing of practices between members

 Who it’s for

  • educators and school teams
  • managers and teams
  • parents and caregivers
  • practitioners and facilitators

???? Anyone who wants to transform interactions in their environment.

The intention

To move from:
???? unconscious or reactive interactions
to
???? intentional, conscious interactions that create movement
