Do you have dropout issues ?
The youths find neither meaning in the classroom nor hope for the future. Their innate abilities to learn are hindered. Teachers are exhausted and losing their passion for the profession. Parents may feel helpless.

Despite the teachers' desire to make an impact, they no longer have the energy to keep teaching.
Enable all Learners – students, teachers, and parents – to discover how to learn today in an integrative approach together:
The classroom is part of a system that must function together through a common language that connects everyone as learners. That's why I designed Mindgility®, a dynamic and explicit approach to better understand oneself and learn together.
- The Mindgility® learning programme provides students and parents with integrative strategies that engage and facilitate learning: mental life, emotions, and human behavior in learning. Part of the program focuses on stress regulation, motivation, attention, memorisation and knowing yourself better. Another part aims to help learners organize their time, create their own study experience, collaborate and communicate, and progress through a support constellation. But what it is all about is developping strengths character to empower learners to thrive academically, personally for a lifelong love of learning.
- The Agility of Minds® programme provides teachers with keys to implementing facilitated learning dynamics. These help to maintain energy and engagement. The program focuses on concrete and simple steps for a sustainable pedagogical approach in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world. It also provides keys for communicating and interacting with fellow teachers as well as parents. The program aims to unlock the 5 C's : consciousness, connection, curiosity, communication and confidence.

Thank you very much for this valuable session, during which I have learned a lot not only about myself, but also about people around me. The 4colors method has been surprisingly accurate in describing my character and usual behavior, as well as the way in which I approach challenges. Thanks to the method and four color personality traits, I have gained knowledge and skills to approach people in a better way. Speaking their "language", whether it's the red focus on the goal, the green on connectedness, or the blue on precision and structure, will help me find the common ground and possibly persuade my interlocutors. The 4color theory will also be very useful in resolving conflicts, finding the best way of approaching a new challenge and understanding people around me. Being agile, effective and simple at the same time, I do believe the 4colors theory should be part of each school's curriculum.

"Sophie really helped me out a lot. Her methods were beneficial as I, at the start, was rather uncomfortable, unsure, and stressed out frequently. The sessions were quite long but I didn’t see the time pass all the time as I had so much to discuss with her!! After all of those talking, I felt much calmer and relaxed. 3 sessions were sufficient to reduce my stress and helped me control myself much more with tips and exercises, thank you Sophie for everything!”
Camille, 13 years old
Working with Sophie is a real pleasure: as a "partner" and as a "professional." Her enthusiasm and expertise help to move forward and always have the energy to do better. Sophie can give real concrete tools to be reused daily to learn better and above all, to understand her learning mechanisms. This is the key to learning I think: knowing how WE function to make the best use of all our resources to progress. Sophie is both professional and very human. She also knows how to adapt to the various situations that arise: I recommend this coach to adults and children alike.

"I find your sessions stimulating, especially the last one, because since then I've been better. So, there's evidence of trigger or change. For me, these sessions are a real warm exchange, you are full of energy, lively, smiling and encouraging. To conclude, it makes me feel good, I love it. It makes me start again on a good note, all motivated, projects in my head, that's why I'm delighted to continue the sessions with you."

It is very rewarding to have this approach for our children. We think it's really great to work this way with them. How lucky they are to learn all of this now!
Danielle
In such a complex context, which took me out of my comfort zone, this training allowed me to feel accompanied, gave me energy to be innovative in my practice and to explore new paths. Thank you, Sophie.
- "All of this should be taught as a priority to all teachers."
- "Generalizing this training to elementary and high school would be useful."
- "Can't wait till next time because there will be a next time!"
- "Thank you so much for all the positive things you've done for us. Your good mood, optimism and ideas were and still are a breath of fresh air this morning. I feel rebooted."
- "It was an enchanting parenthesis..."
- "I go back to my copies, with the idea that behind each of them is a colour."

Thank you very much. This is indeed interesting. The children are very lucky to learn this approach. It is so important for them to get to know themselves.
Sandrine
Thank you very much for this joyful energy and universal language. Confident in our children's ability to speak it easily and happy to offer them such a rich environment.
